You can leave large items such as outdoor furniture, trampolines, and play houses in place. Our technicians will carefully spray under and around these items without spraying the items themselves. Before an aeration and overseeding visit, you should mow the lawn 1 to 2 days in advance. This ensures the grass is short enough for the seeds to make good contact with the soil but not so short that it stresses the lawn.
After anaeration and overseeding application, it’s best to wait 7 to 10 days before mowing the lawn. This allows the grass seeds to settle into the soil and begin germination without being disturbed.
Service Day
Your technician will arrive between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Upon arrival, they will ring the doorbell and begin the application. Before we leave, a small sign is planted in the grass.

Aeration visits typically take 20-30 minutes, and around 10 minutes for the overseeding.
Yes we do. Boulevards are aerated free of charge. If the boulevards are quite large, it may incur an additional charge for the overseeding because the seed is charged to the customer at the cost we purchase it at.
No we do not. Rocks and other debris accumulate in alleyways cause far more wear and tear on the machines, so we are unable to aerate these areas. Liquid aeration may be used instead upon request.
No we do not. Unmarked underground lines can damage equipment or cause structural damage, so we typically avoid these areas. Liquid aeration may be used instead upon request.
Post-Service
Aeration cores will decompose in roughly 1-2 weeks. We recommend watering within a day of the application so grass seed can be planted into the aeration holes. This will also begin breaking down the aeration cores, which will decompose in 1-2 weeks. The new grass seed will begin germinating within a few weeks, and will show noticeable growth in around 4-6 weeks.

No it will not. Our technicians receive extensive training to ensure the weed control spray only makes contact with the target area. We have never had a plant affected by the weed control product.
