What Does It Do?
Prevents weeds from competing with the grass for nutrients such as water, nutrients, and sunlight.
When Do We Visit?
Once per month from May until September. (Paired with fertilization)

Aeration & Overseeding
What Does It Do?
Aeration keeps your soil healthy and helps grass grow better by letting air, water, and nutrients move down to the roots.
Overseeding fills in bare spots and makes the lawn thicker, resulting in a lusher lawn that’s more resistant to weeds and pests.
When Do We Visit?
Once per season, either in the spring (April-May) or fall (September-October).

Vegetation Control
What Does It Do?
Removes weeds and grasses from unwanted areas (other than garden beds) in one application.

Once per season in the early summer (May-June)

Lawn Mowing
What Does It Do?
Lawn mowing not only enhances the appearance of your yard, but also keeps in moisture and insulates your lawn due to the mulched grass clippings.
When Do We Visit?
We offer both weekly and bi-weekly mowing all season long. Your preferred mowing frequency can be changed quickly and hassle-free.
What Makes Lush Different?
All of our equipment is electric for a quieter experience for you and your neighbours. We also exclusively use push mowers and sharpen the blades regularly for less stress on your lawn when mowing.
Spring Clean Up
What Does It Do?
Our spring cleanup keeps your outdoor space tidy, removes debris and dead plants from the grass, and prepares the lawn for healthy growth during the growing season. We offer power raking, leaf blowing, lawn mowing, aeration, and overseeding.
