We apply a liquid fertilizer for fast absorption, even distribution, and foliar feeding (absorbed directly through the blade). This liquid blend of macronutrients and micronutrients keeps your lawn healthy and green until the following service four weeks later.

Aeration
Aeration pulls small cores of soil from the lawn to let air, water, and nutrients reach the grass roots. We use mechanical aeration for most lawns, while liquid aeration is ideal for tight or hard-to-reach areas. The holes capture moisture, relieve compact soil, and help the lawn breathe as surfaced cores enrich the soil.
Aeration enhances the movement of air, water, and nutrients into the soil by removing small plugs from the turf. These nutrients reach the root zone and become readily available to the grass above, boosting the impact of fertilization and watering to promote a thicker, greener, and healthier lawn.
Following aeration, optional overseeding can be applied using our premium grass blend, designed to fill bare spots and enhance density. The combination of open aeration holes and new seed creates the ideal environment for root growth and stronger, more resilient turf.

Aeration & Overseeding is offering either in spring or fall. Default is spring, but indicate fall aeration in the notes section when booking if preferred.
